Maintenance/ Improvement/ upgradation of Departmental buildings and construction of new ones is done with funding under this Head. Over the years the Department has raised assets in the shape of office buildings/ residential quarters/ guest houses etc. which need regular upkeep/ upgradation.

During 2020-21, Rs 10.00 crore were allocated for 128 building works taken up at an estimated cost of Rs 147.00 crore. 7 works are targeted to be completed during 2020-21 under this scheme.
